This site is primarily intended for editors of science fiction, fantasy, and horror magazines and original anthologies who want the work they've published to be considered for forthcoming Year's Best reprint volumes.
It's easy to lose track of which volumes are being published, when the deadlines are, and how to contact the editors of the volumes. This site hopes to become a central source of such information.
It will serve the secondary purpose of linking to tables of contents for forthcoming volumes, so that editors, writers, and readers can see which stories have been selected.
This site is only about reprint anthologies that reprint material from the previous year, not about original anthologies or volumes that focus on reprinting older material.
This site is not intended as a source of information about already-published Year's Best volumes. Such a source already exists: the ISFDB, which contains extensive information (including ToCs) for such volumes. For example, see their page on a recent volume of Gardner Dozois's Year's Best Science Fiction.
This site is also not intended as a source of rumors or unpublished information; it's just a central clearinghouse for information that's already public.
This site is also not primarily aimed at readers. I hope it'll be useful to readers, but editors are the primary audience.

This site is currently a very rough draft. Obviously, no web designers have yet had anything to do with it.
Eventually, there may be one page for each upcoming and current YB, with links to the ISFDB for already published stuff.
I hope I'll also be permitted to post guidelines and contact information for the various editors who don't have their own guidelines pages, so magazine and original-anthology editors will know where to send material they've published.
